Senior Ballet Taster Class

Cancellation Policy

(1) The taster fee as set out in this section ('the Taster Fee') must be paid in advance of the booked class and is non-refundable. (2) If the Taster Fee has not been paid in advance of the taster class, the participant shall not be permitted to enter the booked class. (3) Ballet First reserves its rights to vary, amend or alter the booked class notwithstanding the acceptance of your booking to participate in a taster class. Ballet First shall use its reasonable endeavours to contact you in such an event. (4) Ballet First has full discretion to offer an alternative class if your booked class is not available on the booked day. (5) Please note: Ballet First offers classes during the Essex County term times. If you wish to clarify that a class is in operation during or near to a term break, please contact Principal Theresa Crumb on bf.theresacrumb@gmail.com or visit the Essex County website at https://www.essex.gov.uk/schools-and-learning/schools/essex-school-terms-and-holidays (6) Ballet First accepts no liability for taster classes booked outside of our term timetable. It is the obligation of the booking party to ensure that a class is in operation before securing the booking. No refunds will be given if a class is booked outside of the term timetable. (7) Ballet First shall offer no refunds for the Taster Fee if the class is booked but not attended by the participant, unless an event outside of Ballet First's control occurs, which renders it impossible or impractical for Ballet First to perform the booked class, in which case, Ballet First shall offer a refund of no more than the Taster Fee for the booked class.
