Adult Ballet

For those who have danced before or never learned ballet at all. A basic ballet class to develop core strength, flexibility, posture, stamina and basic ballet technique.

Adult Exercise & Fitness

An exercise class for Adults to tone and stretch, working all muscle groups with a basic modern dance routine at the end to promote co-ordination. All beginners welcome.

Basic Mat Pilates

Pilates to increase flexibility and suppleness, develop good posture, balance and increase co-ordination, increase core strength and stamina without adding muscle bulk; also helps aid recovery after injury and prevent injury recurring.
